Rahman Institute of Higher Education has awarded university degrees to 2000 students and has more than 700 active students. The campus employs state-of-the-art educational, welfare, and sports equipment in an area of 8000 square meters in a six-story building located in a 2500 square meter lot near Ramsar Green City Recreational Complex (Ramsar’s Cable Car) trying to provide a distinctive refreshing atmosphere for educating and training experienced individuals.

Rahman Institute of Higher Education’s perspective is to attain the position of the most distinctive third-generation educational complex in North of Iran until 2026. It is an entrepreneurial university providing distinguishing educational, research, welfare, and entertainment services through hiring prominent and well-known academic staff as well as procuring various practical majors emphasizing creativity, innovation, knowledge-based, and skilled-based learning which could attract the attention of many interested in pursuing academic education in technical-engineering, foreign languages, and humanities faculties.

Ramsar’s Rahman University admits students with and without taking an entrance exam in technical engineering, foreign languages, and humanities faculties with AA, BA, BS, MA, and MS degrees in more than 30 majors. Rahman Institute of Higher Education has distinguished faculty members who have published more than 10 books in the last two years. Moreover, a group of students in the foreign language faculty translated and published a book.

To promote students and society’s academic level, Rahman Institute of Higher Education has established an Open Training Center, a Health Technological Development Center, a Training Management Center and Career Counselling, a Center for the Relationship between University and Industry, The Iranian ICDL Center, a Foreign Language Academy, Translation Service Center, a Counseling Center; this institute also publishes the electronic open-access Journal of Modern Psychology in English quarterly and holds Membership in American Concrete Institute (ACI) all of which are beyond its responsibility.

Rahman Institute of Higher Education’s Open Training Center has held practical seminars and conferences with Iranian and foreign professors like Dr. Sima Ferdousi, Dr. Mohammad Ali Besharat, Dr. Esmaeel Saadi Pour, Dr. Abbas Bakhshi Pour, Dr. Jean-Luc Vannier from France and Dr. Tim Kasser from the U.S.A. as well as many other famous figures.

The first national conference on New Approaches and Findings in Civil and Environmental Engineering was held at Rahman Institute of Higher Education in February 2023. The 16th International Conference of the Iranian Operations Research Society was hosted here at Rahman Institute of Higher Education.
