In order to develop a culture of participation and use collective wisdom in institutionalizing the vision and mission of the university with the aim of effectiveness, efficiency, and creating unity and integration in the programs, benefiting from collective management of the university a council was formed under the title “Strategic Council at Rahman Institute”. It also aims to institutionalize strategic thinking in the university, respect the University’s human resources, strengthen cooperation and participation and benefit from the academic staff’s intellectual and scientific capacities, improve performance, and update activities at the academic level.
