Duties

Description of Education Expert:

Coordinating with the directors of faculty and university educational groups in order to plan courses

2. Register courses, make pre-selection  Unit

3.  Control the selection of units for students in the relevant field

4.  Controlling the removal and addition of students in the relevant field with the coordination of the advisor professors and group director

5.  Controlling the removal of one-on-one courses for students in the relevant field with the coordination of advisors and group directors

6.  Setting up and sending professors’ notification

7. Arranging and announcing the hours of theoretical and practical courses and students’ internships in a weekly schedule with the coordination of professors and internship officials

8.  Controlling the formation of faculty classes according to the planned and compensatory program and registration in the relevant forms

9.  Controlling and checking the status of classrooms in terms of teaching aids and teaching aids

10. Cooperation in holding mid-semester and end-semester exams

11.  Carrying out the educational affairs of students, such as announcing the academic status, improving the GPA compared to previous years, the number of probationary semesters, and announcing students with special conditions to the University Special Cases Council

12. Following up on the educational affairs of students, such as issuing a certificate of engagement in studies, announcing the completion of years, probation and rejecting the grade point average, etc.

13.  Completing the requests of guest students, transfer students, changing majors, etc. and signing and sending them to the faculty education department

15.  Setting up the exam schedule and getting the approval of the director of the relevant educational group, sending invitations to examiners and caregivers, preparing exam minutes and exam implementation report

16. Delivering semester reports to supervisors and group directors and solving students’ educational problems such as probationary semester, educational years…

17. Notifying the education director of the names of conditional, privileged students, promotion and drop in grade point average, and students who did not choose a unit within the deadline.

18.  Follow up and receive the list of grades at the end of the semester, perform grade corrections

19. Completing the forms related to the teachers’ teaching rights contract

20.  Issuance of teachers’ teaching certificates at the end of each semester

21. Delivering the form of educational activities of the professors of the relevant group to the professors one month before the end of the classes

22. Receiving and controlling the forms of educational activities of professors in the relevant field

23.  Full study of the executive instructions of Vasile in order to have sufficient information and mastery of educational laws and regulations

 

Class matters:
1 –  Preparation of attendance and absence list and class folder (theory and practical) before the start of each semester.
2 –  Coordination and follow-up of matters related to the presence and absence of professors.
3 –  Determining the deficit and compensatory classes from week 10 onwards and announcing to the professors to hold a compensatory class.
4 – Coordinating with representatives of classes (students) to carry out matters related to classes.
5 –  Audio-visual equipment control before the start of classes and during the semester and coordination with the administrative affairs manager of the university regarding the timely repair of equipment and strict warranty control and examination of classroom equipment.
6 – Coordinating, following up, answering and preparing the travel schedule of visiting professors and students
7- Answering and coordinating and following up on matters related to education and classes (theoretical and practical) in all fields to professors and students.
8 –  Properly required notifications (on the relevant boards and to the website and social networks manager) for instructions sent from the ministry, university or changes made in the classes.
9 –  Coordination with professors to attend classes on time.
10 –  Daily checking of classes and hourly attendance of professors.

 

 

Matters related to students:
1 –  Cooperation in receiving the required documents from newly arrived students to file a case.
2 –  Completing and filing files for newly arrived students and maintaining students’ academic records.
Matters related to exams:
1 – Coordination and cooperation in sending notifications related to exams for theoretical course professors.
2 –  Cooperation in receiving professors’ questions.
3 –  Cooperation in following up, multiplying questions and preparing exam papers.
4 –  Cooperation in delivering questions and exam attendance lists to professors on the day of the exam.
5 –  Cooperation in receiving the list of grades from professors.
6 –  Helping to hold mid-semester and end-semester exams as an examiner, multiplying questions and coordinating with the relevant class representative to hold mid-semester exams.

7 – Coordinating with the education officer in all assigned matters and participating in monthly training sessions.
