Duties

  1. Department of all educational affairs of the university
  2. Study and make decisions about educational issues with the help of relevant officials
  3. Monitoring the implementation of educational regulations and regulations
  4. Preparation of the proposal for the executive principles of education affairs
  5. Monitoring the proper implementation of the duties of affiliated units
  6. Setting the agenda of the university educational council meetings
  7. Planning educational affairs with the cooperation of relevant units
  8. Monitoring the good implementation of educational programs and activities and its evaluation and submitting the necessary report to the Board of Directors
  9. Evaluating the educational performance of students and faculty members and educational managers of different units in each semester and reflecting it to the university president and announcing the evaluation results to the faculty members
  10. Conducting short-term training courses
  11. Necessary reviews and making decisions about research activities
  12. Necessary studies in the field of evaluating research activities and evaluating the university’s annual research performance
  13. Contact with domestic and foreign institutions for cooperation in research matters and exchange of scientific services
  14. Administration of the affairs of research units affiliated with the university
  15. Cooperation in providing scientific, cultural and social services and holding scientific seminars and conferences and implementing all matters of research and service contracts between the university and other institutions
  16. Cooperation in the implementation of short-term research courses for non-academic institutions
  17. Supervision of all research affairs of the university, libraries and information banks
  18. Planning for faculty members to use internal and external study opportunities according to approved criteria
  19. preparation of the university research program and presentation of goals and research priorities in the form of medium-term and long-term plans for planning in the university research council
  20. Research and evaluation of the activities of the university in the framework of the country’s growth and development programs in the higher education sector for the plan in the Board of Directors
  21. Planning the expansion of graduate education courses in the university
