Duties

University Alumni Unit is one of the sub-units of Education and Supplemental Education Unit.

Carrying out the educational affairs of the graduates in all levels (associate – bachelor – master – doctorate) is one of the most important activities of the unit.

(  in other words, every student who  completes all the units and educational stages of the academic course – accepted to study in it – according to the approvals of the Higher Planning Council and according to the regulations and norms The related letters have been successfully passed, it is considered to be a student or a graduate of that field.)

 Description Tasks:

1- Examining the student’s academic file from the time of registration to the time of graduation according to the following rules:

A – Registration instructions.

B- Educational regulations.

C – Title of courses and curricula .

D- Approvals of the Higher Education Planning Council of the Ministry of Ataf.

 

2- Inquiring from Student Affairs Management in order to declare benefit Learned from the facilities of the welfare fund

Considering that students benefit from the welfare facilities of the university during their studies (educational loans, essential loans, dormitory fees, etc.), they are required to pay back the loans and pay them back.  The University (Refah Fund) will take the referrals and answers to the inquiries of the alumni office and hand them over to the experts of the alumni office to complete the file.
