The Department of Foreign Languages of Rahman Institute of Higher Education started its activity in 2007 by accepting students in the continuous undergraduate course of English Language Translation.
After a few years and due to its effective performance in training English language specialists, it has had students in English language translation at the graduate level since 2014; it still accepts students in this field.
Currently, this group has faculty members related to English Language Translation, English Language Teaching, General Linguistics, and Literature, and it accepts students at both undergraduate (continuous) and non-continuous graduate levels every year.
