Achieving the executive goals of the university and how the work flow and work methods in different units
Creating coordination between the activities related to the covered units and commenting on solving the existing problems
Monitoring the proper implementation of all laws and regulations related to employment, financial and transactional matters
Presenting the necessary explanatory reports to the president/deputy president of the university regarding the tasks related to the units under observation
Deciding on the work program of subordinate units
Participating in councils, commissions, meetings and commenting on various financial and administrative issues within the framework of regulations and preserving the interests of the university
