Description of group manager duties:
- Preparation of the implementation plan for educational, research and services provided by the group based on the policy of the Education Council and a research with the cooperation of the group members before the beginning of the academic semester and reporting it to the Vice-Chancellor of Education and Research.
- Communication of implementation plans of educational, research and service duties of each member of the group.
- Supervision of all educational and research activities and services of the educational group.
- Continuously revising the programs according to the latest developments, changes and developments and handing these programs over to the training manager.
- Creating and managing group council meetings and sending work reports, approvals, proposals and collective opinions of the group to the educational and research vice-chancellor for executive coordination or During the legal procedures and notification of the circulars, regulations and approvals sent by the vice-chancellor of education and research.
- Propose research plans that the group is ready to carry out either directly or in cooperation with other groups to the Vice-Chancellor for Education and Research.
- Evaluating the annual work of group members and reporting it to the Educational and Research Assistant.
- Holding periodical meetings with student representatives in order to understand the students’ points of view and presenting the report to the Educational and Research Assistant.< /li>
