Fima cooperation agreement between Gilan University of Medical Sciences and Healthcare Services and Rahman Institute of Higher Education in the direction of developing joint cooperation in the field of education, research, technology, support of technological ideas and projects, entrepreneurship and development of knowledge-based economy dated 12/04/2017 has been signed and with the signing of this memorandum of understanding, the parties are committed to exert their maximum efforts in order to expand the national capacity in solving scientific-research problems and problems based on the subject of the memorandum and to achieve national self-reliance.

The subject of the memorandum is the establishment of a collaborative health technology development center in Rahman Institute of Higher Education in order to:

♦ Helping to attract and accept the owners of technological ideas at the regional level and establish them in the partner growth center of the institute.

♦ Cooperation and support in holding scientific-specialist seminars, educational-promotional and empowering workshops, exhibitions and festivals centered on the activities of the Collaborative Development Center.

And based on Article 1 of this MOU, the goal is to develop knowledge-based activities and create a scientific and research structure, as well as scientific and technological support in the form of creating a health technology development center (collaborator) at Rahman Institute of Higher Education.
