• Management of all affairs of the growth center according to the statutes and resolutions of the board of trustees
• Preparing and adjusting the annual budget and presenting it to the growth center council
• Monitoring the activity of the technology units located in the growth center to ensure the compliance of the activities with the anticipated goals
• Creating the necessary grounds for upgrading and developing technology units
• Planning and taking the necessary measures to provide funds and strengthen the financial base and attract facilities for the growth center
• Signing contracts on behalf of the growth center with all natural and legal entities
• Presenting the growth center’s annual performance report to the center’s council
