New Psychology Journal is a specialized electronic journal with open access that is published quarterly in English and Persian abstract. This journal accepts research articles in the fields of psychology and counseling. Permission to publish this publication was obtained from the Ministry of Culture and Rashad Salami on 30/10/98 with registration number 86163 and at least 6 articles are published in each issue. The journal does not charge a fee in any of the stages of receiving the article, preliminary evaluation, refereeing and printing the article, and the refereeing process of the article in this publication is anonymous, which means that the identity of the referees’ authors remains hidden from each other during the refereeing process.

The licensee of this publication is Rahman Ramsar Institute of Higher Education and the editor-in-chief is Dr. Abbas Abul Qasemi, and 12 prominent professors of the country’s universities are the editorial board of this publication.
